Refund policy

7-day window

If the AnyImmi Prompt Vault isn’t for you, request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase. No questions asked, no form to fill in — just email hello@anyimmi.com from the address you used to buy.

How it works

  1. You email us within 7 days of purchase.
  2. We initiate the refund through Razorpay within 1 business day.
  3. Razorpay credits the original payment method in 5-7 business days (UPI usually faster; cards take longer).
  4. Your vault access is revoked.

After 7 days

The licence is non-refundable. Pro-rated refunds are not offered. The vault is single-payment lifetime — there is no subscription to cancel.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a Razorpay or card-network chargeback without first emailing us, we lose roughly ₹1,000 in dispute fees on a ₹1,499 order. Please email us first — we’ll always make it right.
