WebinarCAEmailWhatsAppMarketing
Write 5 messages for a webinar invite sequence. Output each as a separate block labeled (T-5 / T-3 / T-1 / Day-of / T+1 Replay).
Webinar: "[WEBINAR_TITLE]" · [WEBINAR_DATE]
Audience: [TARGET_AUDIENCE]
Agenda: [AGENDA_3_POINTS]
Register: [REGISTER_URL]
WhatsApp live Q&A link: [WHATSAPP_GROUP_LINK] (omit references if blank)
Firm: [FIRM_NAME]
--- T-5 (5 days out — email + WhatsApp broadcast) ---
Subject (≤ 50 chars): includes the webinar's most concrete number/promise.
Body (150-200 words): why this webinar, who it's for ([TARGET_AUDIENCE]), 3 agenda points, soft CTA. Mention the WhatsApp group as the live-Q&A back-channel if [WHATSAPP_GROUP_LINK] is non-empty.
--- T-3 (3 days out — email only) ---
Subject (≤ 50 chars): different from T-5; address an objection ("Can I watch the replay?" — yes).
Body (100-130 words): handle 2 common objections. Repeat the date + register link.
--- T-1 (1 day out — email + WhatsApp + IG Story reminder) ---
Subject (≤ 40 chars): pure urgency.
Body (60-100 words): the live experience itself. Mention what's in the deck the replay can't capture (live case reviews of profiles in the audience — CICC: only if you actually plan to do it and have consent in advance).
--- Day-of (2 hours before — WhatsApp + email) ---
Subject (≤ 30 chars): "Starting at [TIME] today."
Body (40-70 words): join link, timezone in IST + EST + PST, mobile-Zoom instructions in 2 lines.
--- T+1 Replay (24 hours after) ---
Subject (≤ 50 chars): "Replay + the 3 questions we didn't get to."
Body (130-180 words): replay link, the 3 most-asked questions answered briefly, soft offer (book 15-min profile check).
CICC §44-46:
• No "guaranteed PR after webinar".
• "Live case review" only if consent is obtained from each profile reviewed live; otherwise drop.
• Replay link must be on-firm-domain or a controlled host, not a public unlisted YouTube.
Voice:
• Founder-led, first-person, Indian-English fine.
• IST + EST + PST timezones always — Indian applicants in different stages live in all three.
End with: "— DRAFT — for RCIC review. Confirm all 3 timezones, consent for live case reviews, and the replay-link hosting before scheduling."Unlock the vault to see the full prompt
